Kyle Hardy

Head Coach

The 2025 season will mark Kyle Hardy's 11th year coaching high school baseball and his fourth season as head coach of the Jefferson High School baseball program. A Jefferson High graduate, Hardy brings both experience and a strong connection to the community he serves.

Prior to becoming head coach, Hardy spent four years as an assistant at Jefferson. He also held assistant coaching positions at North Oconee High School for one year and Walnut Grove High School for three years. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, accountability and the development of student-athletes on and off the field.

Hardy is married to Lyndsay, a seventh grade math teacher at Jefferson Middle School. They have two children, Hayes and Brynlee, who attend Jefferson Elementary School.

Hardy is proud to lead the Dragons and continue building a tradition of excellence in Jefferson athletics.
