Head Women's Basketball Coach

Austin Thompson serves as the head coach of the Jefferson High School Lady Dragons basketball program. This marks his first season as a head coach and his first year with Jefferson.

Thompson comes to Jefferson from North Hall High School in Gainesville, GA, where he spent the past five years as the associate head coach of the boys basketball team.

A Jefferson native, Thompson is honored to return to his hometown and lead a program in the community that helped shape him. He and his wife, Kelsey, have two sons, Oakland and Jordan.

Thompson is excited to begin the season and invest in the next generation of Dragons.
